Achieving Science Literacy in the Classroom (STEM) – Air Quality & Climate Change

Experiential education is a perfect way to achieve deep understanding of complex scientific concepts. Expand your ‘teacher toolkit’ to further inspire the ‘art of knowing’ within your students. Topics include: science literacy, citizen science, asking better scientific questions, conducting deeper investigations, data analysis and communicating findings. Meals, lodging, and materials included.
Cost for Educators: $75. To apply as an educator, you must be a classroom teacher, grades 4th-12th. Only two teachers per school will be accepted upon registration. Please call 865-448-6709 for discount code. Enter discount code when you register online below.
Cost for Non-Educators: $322
Space is limited, so register early. We have space for 10 educators and 10 non-educators.
