Tremont’s School Scheduling
We are fortunate to have a number of schools that have a long history of coming to Tremont and we appreciate their continued support and help shaping the program. Of course, we also value new schools and would like to be able to welcome them into the Tremont family without penalizing them for being ‘new’. We recognize that there is greater demand for weeks in April/May than there is in January/February. With this in mind, we have devised a system whereby schools that come in the less-desired months (Dec-February) gain some scheduling advantage for the following year, which looks like this: they get a 2-week period in which they can book for the following year BEFORE schools that came Sept-Nov. or March-May. If they don’t book during those two weeks, they are considered along with all other schools for available dates.
