About the Judge

Nashville native Lori Putnam, OPAM, is a nationally recognized contemporary artist known for her expressive brushwork, contemporary compositions, and use of color. She has painted and taught in more than 30 countries, creating both plein air works and larger studio paintings. In 2021, Putnam received both the Grand Prize and People’s Choice Award in the PleinAir Salon Competition, and in 2025 she was named a Master Signature Member of Oil Painters of America. She is also a Signature Member of Plein Air Painters of America.
