What’s that thing? You know the one. It grows in an orchard and is a sign of fall. Don’t say its name! How else could we explain this shiny, spherical wonder to others? During this weekend-long course, we will spend our time exploring just that – ways to interpret the world, engaging and inspiring others with the great outdoors.

In this course, you will hone your ability to develop and facilitate engaging experiences in nature, help others find meaning in their experiences, and tease out relevance when engaging with any subject matter. We’ll explore skills, resources, and strategies for making these meaningful connections with nature while practicing our own naturalist skills.

Whether you are a teacher, park ranger, parent, grandparent, artist, community leader, mentor, or simply a nature enthusiast, the skills and resources you gain in this course will empower you to positively impact your loved ones and community with the benefits of connecting to nature.

Cost: $449
