We share in your disappointment and will work with you to refund your payment in full or, if you choose, to process the payment as a tax-deductible donation to Tremont. Once you have decided how to proceed, please complete this Google Form letting us know your preference.
Once you have completed the Google Form indicating you would like a refund, we will begin processing your request. Refunds processed within 6 months of your original payment can be credited back to the original form of payment. Refunds processed after 6 months of original payment will be mailed to you via check. If you originally paid by credit card and choose to donate a portion of your payment to Tremont, please note that you will receive your payment refund via check.
We will do our best to process refunds within two weeks of your request. We ask for your patience at this time as we are still working from home, and all requests will need to be processed remotely.
No, we are not offering the option to rollover Firefly and Family Camp payments to a future program.
Yes! Tremont is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and your contribution is tax-deductible AND it helps us at a very difficult time. With the loss of revenue, Tremont is faced with unprecedented circumstances. We were lucky to receive federal assistance through the Paycheck Protection Program, but this is limited. We need your help. Any amount donated will assist us in serving our mission during this critical time.
We are still working on 2022 dates and expect general registration to open in October. As a courtesy, we will send you a reminder email one or two weeks prior so you can mark your calendar and sign up as soon as general registration opens.
