Registrar and Database Administrator

This position provides an opportunity to work with a nationally recognized residential experiential education institute in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  Tremont strives for a learning and working environment that values diversity, access, inclusion, and equity.

Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is to perform duties associated with enrolling Programs and Database management: registering of individuals/groups, coordinate with program staff to schedule programs, compile program reports, and input program information into databases for multi-purpose uses within the organization.

Qualifications: Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed individual with proven ability to work with people, can follow through on assignments, be detail-oriented. High school diploma or GED: supplemented by two years previous experience and/or training involving significant CRM (customer registration management), clerical work, customer service, PC operations, and database management across various platforms. Knowledge of Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Tremont is desired. Working knowledge of Blackbaud Software and Google Drive preferred. Extreme comfort level with computer systems and cloud-based software preferred.
