If you’ve ever been to Tremont, you know that Spruce Flats Falls is a highlight of the experience—as well as one of the most beautiful falls in the Smokies!

Thanks to Knoxville artist Sarah Moore, you can bring home the beauty of Spruce Flats Falls and help Tremont by doing so! Sarah is offering this incredible limited edition print of her painting of the falls during the splendor of autumn, and she is generously donating 10% of each print purchase to Tremont. Don’t wait—these will go quickly!

Of the hike and her painting the original piece, Sarah shares, “This hidden gem isn’t on the official park map, yet to me is the most charming waterfall in the Smokies.… A storm was blowing in on our hike out, and the sun flickered behind swiftly passing clouds. Golden leaves streamed across the valley from wind-tossed trees, glinting in the shifting light. Nature’s glitter.

“I took 100+ photos at the time, but none expressed the delight I felt that day. I knew a painting would, if I could figure it out. I’ve been experimenting with painting forests lately, searching for techniques to capture how I experience the dappled light of trees layered on trees. This is the first painting where it all clicked. I also used artist-grade spray paint for the first time and added mars yellow to my palette.”
