Seasons of Connection: Wayfinding – Full
Tremont's Second Campus Townsend, TN, United StatesLearn the art of navigating by map and compass as you explore the forests and ridges of our Townsend campus with Kathleen Reilly, Tremont's field programs specialist. We’ll cover the basics of taking bearings, reading topographic maps, and interpreting the landscape, and then put those skills to the test on a guided orienteering challenge.

This year’s theme, Where the Waters Meet, celebrates water and aquatic biodiversity – and we invite you to join us in representing the Smokies. To prepare, Tremont is hosting a macroinvertebrate-themed puppet-making workshop on March 15 from 2–5 pm - and we invite you to join us!
